We can supply rectifying tube (diode) and thyristor (audion/dynatron), our affiliated factory introduced international advanced technology for manufacturing large and medium power thyristor and complete set of production and inspection equipments, from U.S.A. international rectifier company (IR). Our products are produced by, in the course of whole producing procedures, adopted computer for controlling technology parameter, and tested the data by equipments of international standard. Our products with features of small parameter dispersiveness, peak value reduced, strong overload capacity, and short opening and shutting off time, etc.
Main electronic device of electric power suppliable are of four major series:
ZP SERIES ORDINARY RECTIFYING TUBE: 200A-7000A/6000V BELOW;
KP SERIES ORDINARY THYRISTOR: 200A-3500A/5000V BELOW;
ZK SERIES FAST RECTIFYING TUBE: 200A-1500A/2400V BELOW;
KK SERIES FAST THYRISTOR: 200A-1000A/2400V BELOW;
The electric equipments are adopted the introduced rectifying tube, which is correspondent to international standard. On the aspect of control system, we developed two major series of products, simulation quantity controlling and totally computer digital controlling. The simulation quantity is adopted the control system of new-type integrated circuit with advantages of small volume, strong anti-interference ability, and running reliably. For totally computer digital controlling, it is to generate diversified intelligent functions, and form centralized control department to flow during the network. At present, the totally digital timing product used for direct current, has been developed by importing barrier unit (Sements and Oulu etc), with characters of advanced performance and dependable running.
