APPLICATION:

The GR series motor graders are mainly used in ground leveling, canalling, slope scraping, earthmoving, scarification or snow removal work on road, airfield, farmland, and so on. They are necessary construction machines for national defense engineering, mine engineering, town and country roads building, and farmland improvement.


MAIN FEATURES:

1.	BRAKES: The service brake (foot operated) is a single-circuit hydraulic oil-driving brake with hub brakes installed on the wheel end of the rear 4 wheel, which is equipped with the REXROTH hydraulic components. The parking brake is operated by hand with a hub brake installed on the transmission output shaft, which makes the traveling safe and reliable.
2.	STEERING SYSTEM: Fully hydraulic load-sensing steering which is preferential and energy-saving combines with the articulated frame to make the machine maneuverable. 
3.	FRAME: Fully welded rectangle box-section configuration features high strength to ensure no deformation.
4.	CABIN: The unique diamond front-tilting cabin features wide view, good seal, low noise and high comfort, which is equipped with advanced adjustable ABS console, adjustable seat, imported Curtis (from USA) or VDO (from Germany) instrument panel, optional overhead air conditioner, ashtray, cup seat, etc.
5.	CIRCLE: Hardened circle with anti-wear lining for flexible turn of the blade, high leveling accuracy and low maintenance cost.
6.	OPERATION: Forward and backward adjustable console, imported HUSCO 5-spool valve, and countershaft power shift, electro-hydraulic controlled ZF transmission deliver flexible and reliable operation.
7.	DRIVE SYSTEM: Automatic lock and unlock NO-SPIN differential, strengthened counterbalancing case, and heavy-duty roller chain deliver stable and reliable drive.
8.	HOOD: Tilting hood made of compound materials features flexible operation and convenient maintenance.
9.	MOLDBOARD AND BLADE: Unique adjustable big slip groove and double slip orbit mechanism. The blade is made of high strength wearable material, and the blade is controlled by double cylinders to change the blade angle. So the balance is good. The cutting angle can be changed according to the soil conditions.
10.	OPTIONAL COMPONENT: The optional rolling plate reversal rotation mechanism can be installed according to the requirement of customer to meet high flatness standard and tough working conditions.
11.	OPTIONAL EQUIPMENTS: 1) Automatic Leveling Unit: Imported TOPCOM or MOBA automatic leveling unit. The ultrasonic single or double faceplates leveling unit is adapted to build the expressway. And the laser leveling unit is adapted to build airfield or level the farmland up. 2) Front Dozer. 3) Rear Ripper.
